Where are your services available?Â
We accept bookings across West and Central London, UK. However we can (and do!) travel further afield for weddings and VIP bookings. Please contact us to find out more.
What if I don't live in the UK?
We have many bookings from hotels, TV Studios, offices and more. There just needs to be enough space, and preferably good light, for us to setup and work.
What if I'd like to come to a salon?
Please contact us to make discuss an alternative Central or West London location.
How far in advance can I book?
For online bookings, you can book up to 2 hours prior to appointment on the day and up to 6 months ahead.
If you have a more urgent booking, contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you, but please be aware additional travel charges may apply.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel for free, any time up to 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. There will be a small 20% fee is you cancel with 2-24 hours notice. Regretfully we will have to charge the full fee if you cancel with less than 2 hours notice

How do I pay for my appointment?
You can pay conveniently online through our payment partner Stripe, who allow us to accept most payment cards.
What happens if I or my therapist is running late?
If you are running more than 30 minutes late, please contact BeautyAE to let us know. Please allow up to a 15 minute window if your beautician is running late.
